1. PM or Email Pam, PamInColorado ( pamsgalsndolls@yahoo.com ) the Hostess Specs if you would like to Hostess a Swap or if you need to cancel Hostessing a swap. Please check the Swap List to see what months are available.
2. You must sign up for the monthly swaps by the 30th of the month BEFORE the swap. So, as an example, if you want to participate in the June swap you need to PM or email the Hostess by the 30th of May. We will allow late comers if you promise us pressies...J/K
3. All swap items can be mailed anytime during the month of the swap but must go postal, at the latest, by the last day of the month.
4. Hostess’s will receive double the goodies from each swap member as a Hostess Gift. If there are 10 members of the swap you will make 11 and send 2 to her.
5. You MUST be a Night Owl and on the Night Owls list OR a close friend/relative of a Night Owl to participate. Your close friends/relatives are most welcome to join, HOWEVER, if you vouch for someone, YOU will be responsible for their sends if they do not complete their obligation to the swap.
6. Please check the Night Owls Contact List to make sure your information is correct and up to date. Please contact PamInColorado by PM or pamsgalsndolls@yahoo.com by email to be removed, or to correct any information. PLEASE keep all your information updated.
7. We do not want to open the swaps up to the general Cricut MB public. Lets keep them small and in the Night Owl group so we don’t have any “Flakers”. We all know and trust each other so that shouldn’t be an issue.
8. The most important rules of these swaps are to HAVE FUN and KISS (Keep It Super Simple). The purpose is to use the supplies we already have and not to have to spend a small fortune to be able to participate.

What are Inchies? Twinchies? Trinchies?
Inchies are a 1” square decorated or embellished to the Hostess Specs.
Twinchies are a 2” square decorated or embellished to the Hostess Specs.
Trinchies are a 3” square decorated or embellished to the Hostess Specs.
How many Inchies, Twinchies or Trinchies do I need to make?
The Inchie etc... swaps will involve making a set of 2 - 4 different inchies per the Hostess’s specifications. You will make 1 set for each person in the swap, plus 1 extra set as a Hostess Gift. You will be sending the Hostess 2 sets of what you make in other words.
